Mirzaakhmedov Khamidullo Saydamatovich was born in 1974 in the Chust district of Namangan region. He holds a higher education degree and is a Candidate of Geographical Sciences and an Associate Professor. He has previously worked as a department head and as an associate professor at Namangan State University. He is currently appointed as the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the University of Business and Science.

The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the educational process. He ensures the proper implementation of academic curricula, programs, and teaching workloads.
