Bakhtiyor Kotibjonovich Sattarov was born in the Namangan region, in the Uchkurgan district. In 1982, he graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Samarkand State University. He holds a candidate of pedagogical sciences degree and is an associate professor. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the University of Business and Science.
