1. This Regulation is established in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", the National Program of Personnel Training, to support, materially and morally encourage, and further develop their abilities.
2. The grant is valid for full-time university students.
II. The goals and objectives of the grant
3. The purpose of the grant: to identify talented, capable and talented young people in the field of science, to help and support the realization of their creative abilities.
4. The following are defined as the main tasks of the grant:
- Helping to improve and develop work with talented young people who are admitted to the university;
- During the admission process, to select applicants based on the internal examination, to stimulate their creative research and work aimed at identifying and educating capable and talented applicants;
- Expanding the ranks of talented university students from among the scholarship winners, thereby supporting young people.
