The Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the University of Business and Science, Kholmatov Dilshod Sattorjonovich, was born in 1978 in Namangan region. In 2004, he completed his master’s degree in “Chemistry of Natural and Physiologically Active Substances” at the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology of Namangan State University. Throughout his career, he has worked as a laboratory assistant at the Uzbekistan–UK joint venture “NamBum,” Deputy Dean for Spiritual and Moral Education at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Namangan State University, Head of the Marketing Service Department, Head of the Academic and Methodological Department, Head of the Chemistry Department, and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Namangan State University. He holds a Doctor of Technical Sciences (DSc) degree and is an Associate Professor.

The Vice-Rector for Research is responsible for organizing and advancing research activities within the higher education institution. He oversees the quality of scientific projects, innovative developments, and academic publications, and implements strategies aimed at enhancing scientific potential.
