Eldor G'ofirjonovich Abdurazzaqov was born in Chust district, Namangan region. In 2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Linguistics at Andijan State University. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Philology. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Head of the Teaching Methodology Department at the University of Business and Science.
