UBS and the University of Tsukuba: Towards New Horizons in Academic Cooperation

As you may know, on June 20, the delegation of the University of Business and Science paid an official visit to one of Japan's most prestigious higher education institutions — the University of Tsukuba.

During the meeting, important decisions were made to strengthen ties between the universities through educational quality, scientific research, and innovative solutions.

The negotiations focused on the following key areas:

Education and academic exchange: bilateral exchange of students and teachers, as well as joint education initiatives.
Scientific cooperation: development of joint academic courses, seminars, and research projects.
Digital technologies: integration of artificial intelligence and innovative solutions into education.
Social sciences and sustainable development: exchange of experience in cultural and social spheres.

For reference, the University of Tsukuba holds both national and international prestige:
Ranked in the TOP-350 globally by THE (Times Higher Education);
2nd largest university in Japan;
Ranked 6th among more than 800 universities in Japan.

For UBS, this cooperation means further enhancing scientific potential, widely implementing global experience into the university’s activities, and opening up international opportunities for students and faculty.
