Currently, representatives of the University of Business and Science are in South Korea to strengthen international collaborations.

Today, our delegation, together with representatives of leading Kazakhstani universities — Nazarbayev University and Kazakh-British Technical University — visited the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), recognized as the “MIT of Asia.”
During the visit, a bilateral meeting was held with Shin Byungha, Head of the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, and KAIST Vice President Kim Kyung-Soo.
During the discussions, the following topics were addressed:
Development of academic and scientific cooperation;
Internship and exchange programs for students;
Launching joint research projects.
KAIST is ranked 53rd in the QS World University Rankings 2025 and is internationally recognized as one of South Korea’s three most prestigious universities and a leading research center.
This visit marked an important step for UBS in advancing international cooperation in higher education, science, and technology.
