At our university, International Psychologists’ Day was celebrated with various activities and training sessions for students and faculty members.
The main goal was to help young people with self-awareness and stress management while also developing the skills necessary for future professional success.
Additionally, during seminars and training sessions, participants learned important skills such as maintaining psychological well-being, reducing stress, and self-motivation. They explored modern approaches to managing emotions and overcoming psychological challenges.
International Psychologists’ Day not only promoted the importance of psychology but also provided students with essential psychological resources for their future success.
