The Youth Union of Uzbekistan’s Namangan Regional Council, in collaboration with higher education institutions in the region, organized a training seminar on “Enhancing the Effectiveness of Primary Organizations in Higher Educational Institutions” at the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Construction.

The training sessions were conducted by renowned journalists and leaders, filled with engaging discussions and debates. During the event, it was emphasized that youth leaders should, above all, possess leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others.

Among the seminar participants was UBS youth leader Abror Rafiqov, who was awarded a Certificate of Trust by the Youth Union of Uzbekistan’s Namangan Regional Council.
