We started the day with energy and positivity!
At UBS, a motivational training session for students and teachers was held with the support of the students from the PP-22-31 group, initiated by the dedicated instructors of the Pedagogy and Psychology Department, M. Najmiddinova and N. O‘rinboyeva.
The training included:
-Interesting and fun games;
-Psychological quick Q&A sessions;
-Creating an environment that enhances activity and confidence.
All participants enjoyed hot coffee and sweets, helping them start the day with a positive and pleasant mood.
