On October 3rd of this year, the opening ceremony of the “University of Business and Science” Tashkent branch took place.

Representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, the Embassy of the Republic of India in Uzbekistan, academicians from the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, university leaders, professors, and students participated in the event.

During the event, the reforms led by our President in the field of higher education were emphasized, particularly the efforts being made to support and develop the non-state sector, which are yielding positive results.

It was also noted that the “University of Business and Science” has achieved good results in a short period, creating necessary conditions for the qualified and skilled development of the younger generation, and effectively collaborating with prestigious foreign and local scientific institutions.

In his speech at the opening ceremony, UBS rector Professor Karimjon Boymirzayev stated that all necessary measures are being taken to help university students win grants and scholarships, undergo internships at foreign universities, and build successful careers.

Afterward, certificates were presented to talented students who had received grants and scholarships.

The event concluded with performances by bright stars of our estrada, featuring songs and music.
