- H - Heartfelt. To determine if your goal is truly meaningful, ask yourself: “What do I really want?”
- A - Animated. Visualize in detail how you will feel once you achieve your goal. What emotions will you experience? This vision will guide you toward your dream.
- R - Required. Ask yourself: “Why are these changes important to me?”
- D - Difficult. What kind of person do I need to become today to reach this goal?
