The open lesson on “Askiya – a Form of Verbal Art. Analysis of Performing Arts Genres”, conducted under the guidance of Shokhsanam Ermanbetova, a lecturer at the Department of Language and Literature Education, showcased the engagement of UF 24-06 group students and their interest in enhancing public speaking skills.
During the lesson:
- The role of askiya in oral folk art and its characteristics as a form of art were discussed;
- Students performed askiya samples in live enactments;
- Interactive activities were conducted using innovative pedagogical methods;
- Askiya and folklore samples from various regions were recorded and analyzed.
