On May 14 of this year, the UBS Demo Day competition for innovative projects was held at the initiative of University of Business and Science, in cooperation with AloqaVentures, Yoshlar Ventures, AIS Ventures, AloqaBank and Startup Garage.

During the event, participants were provided with information about the activities of the AloqaVentures venture fund, opportunities available for startup founders, attracting investment and developing projects. Representatives of Startup Garage and Yoshlar Ventures also presented support mechanisms for young entrepreneurs and startup founders, opportunities within the startup ecosystem, and practical recommendations.

As part of Demo Day, UBS students and young startup founders presented their projects to investors and experts. In particular, startup projects such as CliniCore, Etnicolor, EkoToys, MediD and VISITCA were showcased.

At the end of the event, promising startups were awarded, and investment proposals were announced. Participants had the opportunity to receive feedback from experts, establish new partnerships and gain useful recommendations for further development of their projects.

Such events create important opportunities for students to develop their startup ideas, put them into practice and turn them into real projects. In the future, such initiatives will continue at UBS on a broader scale and at an even higher level.
